Description:
The Fresh Start Box turns your everyday shower into a full-body reset ritual. Handmade skincare, a gentle exfoliation boost, and a cozy headband gives you the perfect “new energy” moment — in under ten minutes. This box also includes easy instructions on how to use the dry brush.

What is included:

How to Use:

1. Move the dry brush in a circular motion towards the heart starting at your ankles.
2. Move up the entirety of the leg.
3. Once dry brush has been used on both legs, begin dry brushing your arms starting at the wrist, moving in a circular motion towards the heart. 
4. Continue until the entire body has been dry brushed. Note: Please do not use on your face.
5. Wash off the dead skin using the Milk & Oats Shower Gel.
6. Exit the shower, dry your skin using a towel
7. Lock in the moisture using the matching Milk & Oats Lotion
